I am a holistic expert with almost 20 years diverse experience and notable credentials, including a masters level degree in Ayurveda, Certifications in Holistic Transformational Counseling, as well as multiple therapeutic healing modalities like myofascial, reiki II, shamanism and cranio-sacral.

I look at my life experiences with wonder and appreciation. It  has all been perfectly orchestrated to lead me exactly where I am. Here, now. Sharing what I have to share, and inviting others to do the same.

I have devoted myself personally and professionally to the study, applications and integration of ancient knowledge and healing practices of feminine principles, and am an experienced Tantra teacher for groups and individuals, men, women and mixed groups.  My teachings include innovative paradigms to help understand and apply Vedic, Tantric and Shamanic principles  to every aspect of Life, techniques to harness and integrate sexual energy, access our Intimate Divine, and heal ourselves, thereby nurturing our highest expressions.
